At VOX Amps, we want to ensure your sound is perfect; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your gear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully repack the amplifier or accessory in its original factory box with all internal protective cushioning to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered or removed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
